high school
so yesterday was my last day of high school. frankly i’m glad it’s over. senior year was just a joke, i almost never had homework, i barely did anything in class, and the teachers just really didn’t care. college is going to be tough starting out next year. it’ll be strange, i’ll actually have homework! whoa!
but quite honestly, if someone were to ask me if they should send their kid to charter, i’d tell them to stay away. charter has almost nothing to offer, there are no extracurricular activities outside of skillsusa and key club, there are no sports, there are no language classes other than spanish, and chemistry isn’t a required class for seniors. i think that charter and the medical school need to start working together and make the two schools have classes together. like you could have a few classes at charter, then have your science classes over at the med school.
i did however, love the community at charter. that’s definitely one thing that charter has better than a larger school like eagle or meridian. we have a tight-knit student community, it’s great.
anyway, i graduate next saturday then i’m off to bigger and better things.
